So now a talented & legitimate top 5 P4P fighter with speed, agility and power is nothing but a B level fighter ??? :patsch

Williams @ 147 =/ Williams @ 160. He was never taht skilled or that good. He was just a freakishly tall southpaw who threw a shitload of punches. A tough fight or anyone at that weight. Martinez beating him at 160 was a good win but it wasn't like he fkin beat Hagler or something. Since you like to bring up who beats who, you know Margarito actually beat Martinez.

That was quoted at 154 which is not Cotto prime , also Ball come on the polls on here are always a joke .Go look at any Vlad vs Tyson polls and tell me how anybody can give Vlad a chance , but on here they do and he is in the majority.

exactly. According to Gander, there are only 3 A level fighters in the world.
    Pac
    Mayweather
    Donaire :-(
He beat Martinez when when Martinez has how many fights?
And brought up William's win over Margo because they're both very similar and Margo beat Clottey and I'm sure Williams could have used the same gameplan.

And Williams and Sergio fought at a catchweight not 160

well you do have a point about the polls on here
but Williams is still a legit win and he was ranked in the top 5 p4p when Sergio beat him

I told you and the others in the floyd army, when rumors about sergio started, that i would never again bash him if he indeed does fight sergio. win or lose...sergio is dangerous and even more so than pac...i would rather see the pac fight, but i think sergio has the better chance of winning, regardless of the **** fight vs barker...i can go back to being a floyd fan for the first time since 2001...all respect if he signs...
    ps
Did that homerun by Cruz off ****** Verlander ever land?

Martinez is in the form of his life outclassing cintron, williams, pavlik, dzindzuruk and now barker. In fact barring pavlik he knocked every one of them guys out.

Seriously have no idea how anyone can continue to criticise floyd.

He came back against marquez, nothing special but that same marquez is currently fighting pac.

We criticised him for not fighting a natural ww, he fights and dominates the number 1 in the division (turned out to be shot but we didn't know that at the time)

We claimed he fights only old men and he signs and dominates the youngest ww title holder (naturally bigger and a southpaw to boot)

We claim he's not beating elite level fighters he is about to sign against martinez, the mw champion of the world.

The only valid criticism soon will be he hasn't fought pac and at this rate I honestly wouldn't bet against it.

I'm saying it now, floyd beats martinez and floyd is p4p number 1 and is greater than pac to date.

Ofcourse he might not sign but as boxing fans i'm sure we all have our fingers crossed for this one.

I wouldn't call the "W" over Barker impressive but I'm looking forward to this one! Props to Floyd for giving Sergio a much deserved shot.... Another thing......Pac only faced 2 fighters coming off losses in the last 10th yrs.... EM and Josh.....whom some felt Josh did enough to win.

    Cut to the cheese......

If Floyd beats pac I will always hold pace size against him and never give Floyd more than the credit for beating a great smaller guy.

For me Martinez is the key to Floyd's legacy. but the fight has to happen soon and at least at 154. Wait much longer or any lower weight and Martinez has no realistic chance.
