Arreola hit him with some shots that would have floored his brother. Vitali also took several shots from Lewis that would have floored Wlad and didn't get rocked by Sanders. The ability to roll with a punch, more just enough to not take the brunt of it, is overlooked by a lot of fans. Vitali rarely gets hit flush, which is a good thing.

you seem pretty defensive but whatever. i was only stating that the only proof we have so far is word of mouth. No records, no video, they even mix up whether it was 1993 or 1992. the evidence is weak at best. i personally think we will never know, but to just take one side of the story and dismiss the other cause you have a agenda against the guy is stupid.
That thread also reminds me of when Vitali flat out lied about losing to Maskaev. So he has history of this sort of thing. But of course the nuthuggers won't see it that way.
Vitali has always had a great chin , to call it overated is clutching at straws a bit - saying that , with time a fighters punch resistance does diminish significantly so it would be interesting to see how he would hold a really good shot these days compared to 10 years ago.
Take a look at the first round with 6 seconds remaining and you will see Sanders put Vitali down. I dont hate the Klitschkos I just dont rate them as highly as you do. Thats the great thing about the internet people can have different opinions and debate them in a mature manner unless you are a Klitschko fan of course.
