I have difficulty ranking de la hoya, his record is different than whats on boxrec, he beat trinidad, beat mosley 2 but possibly lost to whitaker and quartey and definitely lost to sturm thus making him a 5 division champ, but his best win would be trinidad, so the lost all his biggest fights logic doesnt fly.
Also mosley is the only one to clearly beat him in his prime, the 2 above could have edged him if you scored it for them, 2 losses should be wins (tito +sm) and he has 2 losses at 160 (sturm/hopkins) a division he had no business at, and 2 past prime vs floyd and manny.
Which means he was succesfull from 130-154 5 division champ, best wins trinidad, mosley 2 (in between 4 losses and a nc), past prime pernell whitaker, past prime vargas, past prime chavez.
Also good wins over ruelas, genaro hernandez, mayorga and the controversional close sd vs quartey.
Its not easy to rank a guy like that.

    IMO they're all very close.

If I had to choose, it would be:

    Oscar
    Marquez
    Morales
    Barrera

1.Oscar (His early career is underrated)
    2. Marquez (He has come on late to pass Barrera & Morales)
    3. Barrera (Has 2-1 lead on Morales)
    4. Morales (Winning the fourth is a great acomplishment, but I'd like to see how he dose against more stiff compotition.)

    1. Marco Antonio Barrera
A personal favourite of mine, Marco Antonio Barrera turned professional at the tender age of 15 and rattled off 43 consecutive victories before suffering his first career defeat at the hands of Junior Jones in '97. He fought the best in every division he campaigned in, acquiring some quality wins over the likes of; Erik Morales, Naseem Hamed, Kennedy Mckinney, Johnny Tapia, Paulie Ayala, Robbie Peden, etc. A three weight world champion.

    2. Erik Morales
One of the most entertaining fighters of his generation, Erik Morales is the first Mexican in history to win championships in four different division. A career spanning three decades, he holds quality wins over the following men; Manny Pacquiao, Marco Antonio Barrera, Carlos Hernandez, Jesus Chavez, In Jin Chi, Pailie Ayala, etc. He is the last man to have defeated Manny Pacquiao, in 2005.

    3. Oscar De La Hoya

The Golden Boy. Oscar De La Hoya has been around the fight game for a very long time, and has fought the who's who of the last 20 years. Shane Mosley, Fernando Vargas, Floyd Mayweather Jr, Bernard Hopkins, Tito Trinidad, etc. A five weight world champion with quality wins over the following men: Pernell Whitaker, Genaro Hernandez, Fernando Vargas, Ricardo Mayorga, Felix Sturm, etc.

    4. Juan Manuel Marquez
Still going strong today, Juan Manuel Marquez has established a legacy to remember in the twilight of his career. Among the fighters in his win column are the likes of; Marco Antonio Barrera, Juan Diaz, Michael Katsidis, Rocky Juarez, etc. Perhaps every bit as notable as his wins are his performances over P4P King Manny Pacquiao. In 2004, the two men fought to a draw. A three world weight champion.

The top two are somewhat interchangable with Oscar De La Hoya just losing out as a result of so many losses on his record. JMM is lacking a signature victory, but depending on how you saw his two fights with Manny Pacquiao, you could justify him being much higher on the list.
