When males get hit in the gonads - extremely sensitive organs - they react in a very marked way. You, me, Pacquiao - doesn't matter how big or tough the guy is. That's the great equalizer. You take a shot to the nuts, you're going to yelp, clutch at them while squeezing your thighs together instinctively like a vice, make a funny face, maybe all of the above. You're going to react in some recognizable way like someone who just got hit there.

You're not going to look like someone who just KTFO with a clean legal blow.

The guy was in pain. He didn't looked dazed. He was winching in pain from the low blow. I'm not sure if he got in the nuts but that punch was a low blow that obviously hurt Pacquiao. This is a tiny fraction of a second after impact. Torrecampo's glove is bouncing downward/forward off Pacquiao's chin. Pacquaio is already going slack, and about to drop vertically straight down in a heap (while Torrecampo's momentum is going to keep carrying him forward off balance and make him actually fall down as well)

It's at "0:09" of the Youtube video but that doesn't really pinpoint it down narrowly enough, because we're dealing with fractions of a second here. It was a quick punch, and it landed bang on the chin and once you see it actually land on the chin and then see the way he falls (in accordance with a headshot) you'll feel stupid for ever thinking it was even a body shot, let alone a low blow.
