Yes. The point MB was making is that the Torrecampo and Singsurat losses are often lumped together as "body shot kayos" and evidential of Pacquiao being vulnerable downstairs but not upstairs. Most people falsely attribute the Torrecampo KO to a body shot (or in extreme cases like this thread, a low blow). Do a quick ESB search for his name and 95% of the posts will either very in reference to him supposedly stopping Pac with a body shot or will be debates as to whether it was one. The myth keeps getting debunked, yet persists.
It looks like a hook to the balls/body at first sight because of the poor quality and the bad angle, but it is really a left uppercut on the chin.
shut the hell up. If I hit anybody male of any age in the nuts, their reactions will all be pretty much the same do you realize you're talking to IB? He uses his own judgement all the time. Please follow another sport
It was not a low blow that knocked Pac out. Watch the vid closely. ****, just look at Pacs reaction, who responds that way to a low blow? edit Didn't notice that there was already seven pages of discussion and that this had been established.
Torrecampo hit EVERYTHING with that single overhand. Chin, neck, chest, solarplexus, stomach, nuts, left thigh, left knee, left shin, left foot.
I can't view this video now, but I've watched this knockout probably 50 times from a couple angles, and he caught Pacquiao twice with the punch, first a shot on the belt, but the follow through nailed him in the chin.
There was a second puncher on the grassy knoll, he hit Pacquiao behind the ear, nobody saw it, at the same moment he was hit in his balls. Conspiracy.
