lol GB has been "multicultural" for what 30-40 years. Probably not widely accepted until 15 or 20 years ago (in terms of your average British person accepting a non-ethnic Brit as being "British" and your Imperial era doesn't count as 'multicultural'). Your comparison to the US isn't applicable.

What i find sad is that this status of being 'multicultural' (synonymous in a British mind as meaning tolerant, progressive, enlightened and all the other uber-liberal buzzwords they use cuz what decent person could be against "tolerance"?) seems to be the average British person's greatest source of pride. Having foreigners come to your country and **** on your Nation, people, and culture and being completely intolerant towards the indigenous folk while you stand by getting assraped truely is evidence of how enlightened the UK is lol Getting assraped then patting yourself on the back is a fascinating thing to see people do and the British seem to love it.

* Keep in mind that the British are only loving, accepting and supportive of getting assraped by non-white immigrants. If your Polish for example they have no problem or fear being what would otherwise be considered racist since it's white people.
