Again: the blood vs the place of birth. For Poles, what matters is who were your ancestors, not where do you actually live. For Brits ancestors doesn't mean much but where were you born. Do I get it right? But I guess for Brits the ethnicity matters when it comes to selecting proper social level ... I mean who poops in toilets (JAck the English) and who clean them (Scottish, Irish, Welsh in the first priority, then Brits with asian roots and Poles at the end ... all them are British tho)
