Wow I just found out that the hopkins vs dawson change to a dq in favor of hopkins.

    This is killing the sport in a huge way. Hopkins has a history of faking injuries and purposely fouling fighters with headbutts, low blows is getting a win by dq cause all dawson did was tossing hopkins when hopkins was leaning on dawson? This is bullsh4t. Whoever agree with this decision is f4cking ******ed.

    Would not bother me if they changed it to a dq as much as the tko. Dawson plain and simple did an ilegal move that caused a shoulder injury. I think a no contest would be the best though.

    Dawson's throwing Hopkins to the floor on purpose, lifting his leg with his arm, it's illegal! So................from now on whenever a boxing match starts, the boxer who throws the other to the canvas wins the fight, therefore creating a serious injury?! Should be a disq. against Dawson...........

    My apologies i just found out hopkins went to the wbc to try to reseeve the decision to a dq win in his favor. A friend of mine at first told me but got the wrong information.

    Hopefully this will be changed to a NC and the titles will be given back to Hopkins,with an order for an immediate rematch within four months ON REGULAR HBO NOT PPV.Its what the fans deserve.

    Did anyone verify with both Bhop and the ref that the ref did indeed say that Bhop couldn't continue and thus stopped the fight? Apparently that was Bhops story in the post fight interview?
