Pacquaio is fighting Marquez at the same catchweight as Mayweather did at 144?

"Beggers can't be choosers"....not a knock on Juan...everyone besides Pac and Floyd are "beggers" when given the opportunity to be their opponent.

the argument is that Marquez was bloated and HE didn't look good at the weight. Floyd coming in at 146, has nothing to do with Marquez looking crappier and slower to you guys :tong

Marquez-Mayweather was at 147 because Floyd change the last minute. Get ur facts straight.

There is one huge difference. Either floyd was so big that he could no longer cut weight to 144 or floyd deliberatly made the catch weight and never intended to make the weight and just pay a fine, which is a sucker punch either way it went. Had jmm known he wasn't going to make 144 he would have never agreed to the fight. Floyd never intended to honor the weight is my guess, which to many is another sucker punch from floyd.

Marquez is a great fighter p4p but beating him north of 135-140 is meaningless imo that goes for both men. before anyone pipes in with some bull**** about fightnight weights being similar, Ortiz and Sergio Martinez fight night weights are very similar ones a middle ones a welter so dont try an justify with that argument.

Pac is just showing how to drown someone you dragged to a weight he should never belong.

It is a statement that he could do it better if given the same situation.

$300,000 per lb over. It was very unprofessional of Floyd to do that esp when Marquez was coming up in weight. And marquez didnt look terrible. He held his own and gave floyd a very tactical fight. I personally enjoy watching this fight.

I will give credit to pacquiao if he wins in the same type of dominating fashion as floyd did or if he tops that. Marquez is still a great fighter whom i see giving pacquiao hell again even at this heavier weight.
