I am assuming you are talking about Oscar Larios, since Oscar De La Hoya is an american.

Well, it's really one American warrior and three Mexican warriors, but for what it's worth:

    Oscar
    Morales
    Barrera
    Marquez

    1. Marquez- The most complete fighter of the four.
Imo Only lost to Mayweather when past prime and
at a weight not his own.

    2. Morales- Like Marquez, a complete fighter as well only
not as diciplined in and out of the ring as Marquez.
He places 2nd on my list as Marquez is quicker, faster, and has better stamina and shot repertoire.

    3. MAB- An exellent all around boxer. Like his ferociousness when things get heated on the inside.
The other two above him are more complete two fisted fighters. MAB has a knack of relying more on his jab and left hook while the other two above keep their opponents offbalance and guessing which hand is coming at them.

3.DLH- A fine fighter but overrated by most imo.
Like MAB, to reliant on his left hand, so it does'nt make him as versatile as the top two. As has been mentioned, DLH lost every big fight he was in.
Of the four fighters ranked here, DLH is'nt even in the others league as far as physical conditioning preperation. DLH always lacked stamina down the stretch in big fight scenarios.

since morales was the last guy to beat pac..and beat MAB. although he did lose to them 2 times...he is still around and even put up great fights when he was way past it. i am biased though lol morales is the man.

Oscarcita is not a Mexican. On this list he'd be after Morales, ahead of Marquez.
