hes done it for loads of fights for a long time, there was a really good write up on his training n fighting fit he likes the remoteness and loads of guys to spar (he reckons though im not sure on that) Its pretty old school, they have dumbbells which are just pipes with concrete on the ends of them. Not for everyone but cant really argue with his results always in phenomenal shape
I'll tell you why it is: he wasn't allowed to return to Australia for a while because he skipped bail (assault I think) He and his Wife (Japanese) live in Pattaya. The training there is notoriously tough, cost of living fairly inexpensive, healthy food, hot weather to aid weight cut, it all adds up. Been training there since the Escebedo fight IIRC, maybe longer :good

No, he looks a beast, and is probably already in the process of shedding weight. On fight night he'll be a ripped Welterweight, he usually is anyway. And Scotty, with his Jap' Wife it's obvious Kats' is partial to the yellow as well :yep
