I'm just waiting for you to clarify ... according to British law anyone who
is born in Britain is British... I can agree to that ... however I can't see
how someone born in that city or another makes him automatically an
    English or Scottish.

You are English, will your kid accidentally born in Belfast be an Irish?
    Just answer the simple question.

and yet they were still subsidized by england, their universities, their hospitals, their housing etc. the government spend £1,600 per person more on every scottish citizen than it has to on every english citizen. without england they are ****ed

I'm nor arguing your kid not being British but since there is another
'country' called Northern Ireland which you are not citizen ...
the question is still valid: will your kid be English or Irish?

... I bet you are intelligent guy and you can answer such simple question, right?

because we are obviously stronger as a unit than we are on our own, i would love to **** them off, as long as we dont give them a single penny in aid, every normal (non-nationalistic) scot knows they are better off how it is now

Thats fair .... thank you, it wasn't so hard?

So .... since he wouldnt called himself 'northern irish englishman' what
would he use to properly describe his ancestry ... you know in a political way?

no im not from kazakstan, uzbekestan ort any other stan. I can trace my family back here to the late 13th century, although im not stupid enough to believe that im 'ethnic'...considering that just to go back to my great grand-parents would mean 30 people all being ethnic themselves...72 people if i go back to my great great grandparents which is why i find this polish 'ethnic' **** so funny

    From encyclopedia:

"The English (from Old English: Englisc) are a nation and ethnic group native to England, who speak English"
"The Irish people ([ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_language"]Irish[/ame]: Muintir na hÉireann, na hÉireannaigh) are an [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethnic_group"]ethnic group[/ame] who originate in Ireland
and speak Irish, also known as Irish Gaelic"

Sooooo .... if your kid was born in Ireland and does not belong (as his parents as well)
to the Irish ethnic group, does not speak Irish, how that makes him Irish?
