so multiply 3 Polish champions by 51/38 * 120/20 =3* 8 =24

Its not as dramatic as you want to show its just 2:1 for England,
any new Polish champion counts like 8 English.

The USA/England difference is pretty similar assuming 6:1 CURRENT
population ratio and the same time length in professional boxing scene
compare then 50 English champions to 431 of USA ....
USA wins 3 : 2 with England

Not mention that English population was pretty much similar
