i think one of the reassons he came back after 2 years was because he was not happy with the attention pac was getting
While I would have to agree with you to some extent, I think this kind of stuff may be more appropriate on another board, or at a minimum in the lounge, but as I said I do agree with your overall idea and would answer with an emphatic "YES" to your question. Best of luck going forward. :good
agree...and he may also have come back to fight Pac and end what he believe was hype once and for all, but he changed his mind along the way.
I think Floyd is frustrated and upset about nearly everything in regard to Pac. One thing about him that is clear is that he's a perfectionist -- he simply doesn't settle for anything less than the very best. It's all about winning and looking good to others. That's why Floyd was crying after the post-fight interview for Baldomir -- Merchant hit his most vulnerable nerve when he spoke about Floyd being boring and how people were leaving the arena. Floyd can say all he wants about not caring about what people think, and relishing the role of the villain, but I honestly think he cares more than he'll ever reveal to us. When you criticise him, like Merchant did yet again after the Ortiz match, you can see him boiling underneath the surface and getting visibly upset. With that in mind...consider how someone like this would feel if they retire and then see that someone has taken their place as the pound for pound best in the world. Not only that, but this guy is adored and his popularity simply continues to rise with every fight. He has fame, wealth, and approval for his behaviour outside the ring as well as his performances in the ring. Not only that, but he fights your old foes, some of the best wins in your career, and he utterly brutalises them. He makes Hoya quit on his stool (someone who was genuinely competitive against Floyd) and then destroys Hatton with a perfect looking one punch knockout in only two rounds. Then he takes on the guy people accused Floyd of ducking -- Miguel Cotto -- and beats the hell out of him, too. To add the cherry on top, people start speculating about how Pac could possibly beat Floyd too, if they ever fought. This is enough to drive even the average guy into a fit, surely. Now can you imagine what someone like Floyd must have been feeling? What makes it worse is that he's not even 100% sure he can beat Pac, and that doubt must be adding more fuel to the fire. (If he was so sure, this fight would have happened back in 2009 or 2010.)
his insecurity is so bad he married a tramp from Atlanta just to make sure people don't think he's gay. But the non verbal language from his wife just validated the fact that something is wrong with the guy. Even some *****s think he's gay.
Is it true that the chick was basically a stripper? It does seem weird that she wont even kiss him on camera.
