:think Hmmm... I'm still at work and don't have speakers, so I'll check again. But I just recall hearing the ref, "can you continue?"

with Bernard replying something like, "with one arm? Yeah!"

Then the ref just decided to call the fight.

He should of let him go and see if he really meant it. :hey

Body slam lol, Dawson gave him a little shove and people are saying he picked him up and slammed him like Hulk Hogan

it was just a little shoulder shove

I think Hopkins was really injured but he certainly wasnt picked up and thrown down hard like he was vs Echols

i think the ruling was ok or NC but DQ get the **** outta here

    Good decision.

It would be unfair if Hopkins lost the title.

The best decision is a No-Contest or a draw.

Im a fan of Pascal, so I will not go emotional. I think Hopkins is a (I will not say bad words here) and so I defend him, because I would not want one of my favorite fighter to loose in this way.

    Your right here (

, but I dont feel the ref did enough. And even then, my opinion is that Dawson made a foul in the first place.

I started this thread because I didnt see the other one. I dont think this thread as BS since it was first and foremost to give informations (which is that the WBC and The Ring gave back the belt to Hopkins).

I didnt loose any money on this and heres what I answer to you on the other thread about my reason of why I "defend" Hopkins.. I dont defend him, I really think what I wrote.

I see it as a no contest and Hopkins should retain his belts.

Had Hopkins injured his shoulder being knocked down with a punch, or hell, even a push I wouldn't have as much of an issue, but what happened was more than that. He was picked up and dropped. There is no way that should be considered a TKO.

I think most fighters would've had a problem with winning like that, but clearly Dawson does not.

I am not a fan of either of them, but Hopkins did not lose in a legit fashion, so he should keep his belts.

That's cool. We'll agree to disagree, but the original foul that should've been called (with Hopkins receiving a warning), was the climbing on Dawsons back and pushing downwards which could've injured him. Either way, IMO this all hinges on Bernard. You know what they say, " Don't start no SH and there won't be any IT" (old school) LOL... Anyway, looking forward to chatting with you guys for the great white North about your boy LUCIAN BUTTE.

The Ring is owned by Golden Boy. WBC is the most corrupt organization in boxing.

    No surprises here.

If you felt I wasnt taking it easy, I'm sorry, I like to argue in intelligent way and get intense sometimes, but I'm not angry or anything.

I'm angry at people saying opinions and thinking since they stated them, it becomes truth. But opinions are not facts.
