    hopkins will not rematch dawson.

dawson showed in that one round he is now motivated. he will again have winky inn his corner.

if he does, this is a ten unit fight for me even though dawson will be -200.

    Still no link?

    Post it or STFU! :yep

The WBC Board of Governors, after reviewing the video of the fight, unanimously declared that the action reflects a Clear intentional lifting the body followed with a push by Dawson to Hopkins, that made him fall on his left side with part of his body out of the ropes.

    From Hopkins :

"First of all, I'm hoping that the commission in Los Angeles does the right thing and rewards my championship on paper back, and, second, disqualifies Chad Dawson for a flagrant foul.
"That was not an accident. I could have broken my neck or fractured a vertebrae. I've got a family. He's got a family. I've done things in the past. I've hit a guy on the hip. I've done things that a Jersey Joe Walcott or a Rocky Marciano would do. But I've never bitten anybody's ear. I've never picked nobody up and tried to throw them from the ring. I personally think that he should have been disqualified."
Wow Hopkins is a bit dramatic ..

    He's right.
Leaning on someone, is not as fragrant as lifting someone and throwing them to the canvas. :yep
Leaning on top of someone may serve to wear them down, but without injury. Throwing someone to the canvas can cause injury.

If Calie rules a DQ, which I doubt, there definitely will be no rematch.
I expect Calie will reverse the decision to a NC and request a rematch.

You can't retro a foul, if so why wasn't Mares disqualified, why weren't any number of fight outcomes overturned, this entire idea is ****ing idiotic. Bottom line, there was no foul period...those are determined by the referee, so to base a decision on a foul that didn't happen is...well on second thought it's exactly what I would expect the WBC to do.

That's actually Dawson's best argument in my opinion ...

    Forget B-Hop's "history,"
or the fact that Bernard was guilty of some foul and Dawson "justifiably" retaliated ...
and Dawson will never convince anyone that B-Hop was fit to continue when Hopkins will assuredly have 10 Orthopedic Docs to state otherwise ...

Dawson needs to convince the California Commission that it's inconclusive that any foul occurred and the referee's discretion should dictate ...

    That said,
I still think Dawson loses ...
