:goodA sensible, straight to the point post, that tells it how it is.
This really is the top and bottom of this topic.

What if he told the truth but his fans are looking for excuses to explain why Vitali made him look helpless and Lewis win is really the controversial injury stoppage while behind on the cards.

The multiple HB's in the 2nd and 3rd round, specifically the 2 prior to the OH R which bursted from a swollen trickle to a goring gash.

From that point on, Lewis targeted that side of Vitali's face trying to get it stopped. WISE, WISE move by the ATG.

He was the heaviest he ever was! How on earth could he have been in great shape if he was 14 lbs heavier than his career defining win against Holyfield?

You know what else is an injury stoppage? Being Knocked unconcious. The injury being concussion.

His TKO win was every bit as legitimate as a Knock Out blow.

Its been 8 years. Please, just accept that Vitali put up a great fight but was beatne to the point where he couldnt continue.

    Can you just move on??

    see below.

I thought that was more than evident.

Either that or if you look at the next 3 posts below they could be people who take Lennox, Stewarts, and Lewis's camp members word for it rather than most people who simply "formed their opinion" based off of what Foreman said during his commentary and they automatically accepted.Saying you're in good shape when your not is one thing, saying you're breaking your own personal best records in running and sprinting and insisting your in great shape another.

Good job throwing out racist accusations and playing the role off a butt hurt Yank, probably black, yearning for their next great black hope. Don't worry Kimbo will unify soon im sure.

Actually mate i'm a white englishman who comes from a mixed-race family.
I didn't use the race thing lightly, it's an observation that is not hard to see when you read these threads.
Funny it just so happens that the first person to pick up on this, is someone with a white european in their avvy and one that is on the otherside of the argument.
    Transparancy eh!

Lewis just never fought at that pace before and couldn't lean on Vitali like he did against his other opponents to conserve energy and sap theirs. It was quite the opposite against Vitali.
