    I gotta beg the question what these lads are doing in training if they don't know to put foot on outside of southpaws lead foot. Baffles me i was taught this at 12..

    Surely Williams has to realize Norton is only threatening to counter. He should just throw sloppy combinations and outwork Norton.

    His name Johnny Eames by any chance? :lol:. ****ing poor form that trainers don't teach fighters this. Like Dean Byrne tonight he poorly cut off the ring. To many trainers are just focused on good pad sessions. Need to teach and educate the fighters.
