Individuals with WAAAYYY more money than Pacquiao have gone broke, it's not hard to believe. The beginning signs are always "borrowing" and "advances", never a good sign.

 

you don't know how much he earns from his ads in the phils. even if he decides to quit boxing now, he'll be fine. the cost of living here is very low. if you have a $1m here, you will live conveniently.

 

You realise Pac was paid up front and that's one of many endorsements....right? So yea...that was part of the endorsement angle I was touching on. :yep

 

People with far less money with Pac never ended up broke.... So what's your point?.. the good thing about Pac is he's diverse. He is a multi faceted business operation where he doesn't need to rely on just boxing to generate income. Believe me.... Your concern is nice and all....but don't lose any sleep....Pac isnt.

 

Being paid upfront is great, but it's the residuals from said products (if negotiated) that make you long term monies. He probably blew that upfront cash on a night out with the boys. !!!!! Ballin'!!!!!!

 

He better hope child support and a divorce dont,break him. Mosley wife cleaned him out. Pac keeps cheating she will file for divorce and he will be really broke then fighting to,make up for the money he would lose in the divorce settlement.

Pac has other forms of residual income from other business operations and endorsements... The HP endorsement could have been a far bigger deal had it been as successful as the iPad....but of course that was never going to happen therefore the agreement was based on the success of the launch....but there's always a "signing bonus".

If you honestly care less I don't think the natural action would be to create a thread about something you "care less" about. And I'm not making any business deals for the man but there's a number of articles on top paid and most powerful athletes where they disclose the empire Pac has created in less than a decade. Heard of Forbes?
