At least they didn't score any 10-8 rounds, small mercies!

I had Rodriguez winning, but super close, 94-94, interesting fight to watch and score.

    :verysad

I was talking this up as a blowout early KO win for Rodriguez (having not been impressed by minimal footage of Rosinsky struggling against lesser foes) and would much rather look like an idiot in hindsight with Rosinsky getting the deserved nod than to be "right" about the winner in this manner.

The fight could have went either way, I had it for Rodriguez 96-94, but a shutout by all 3 judges is a ****ing disgrace. I feel bad for Rosinsky, he fought a great fight, but his record will show him getting dominated by a guy he fought on even terms. Somebody should edit the boxrec encyclopedia for this fight and at least mention it was a very close fight.

We were seeing the same stuff. :good

The boxer took it to the puncher and shut him down. (which is funny, because in that pre-recorded interview between rounds 1 & 2 Edwin was bragging about being the much better boxer)

You'all gotta remember Rosinsky is a small men in a division where you got top guys with great hight and build like Bute, Froch, Ward, Dirrell, Pavlik, Andrade,

Who would you rather see fight next, Rodriguez or Rosinsky? That's who won the fight.

    Who would you rather see?

Rodriguez is always going to be must-see TV because of his power and shitty defense. Action guaranteed.

Rosinsky has a neater style and that aggression is entertaining.

I don't know that anyone should not want to see either one of them again. :think

Rosinsky probably could make it down to 160 and make major noise, would love to see him down there, he really needs to work on his weight though, while I think he could make noise at 168 based off skill, he would have more longevity at 160 IMHO.

Rosinsky on several occasions would pick 4 of 5 of Rodriguez' combos off. Then land his own Clean and Hard. Also sneakin' in the jab while gettin' out of the way of some of Rod's shots.

Fire those three incompetent judges. No way it was 100-90.

I wasn't as impressed with Rosinskey I guess. Taking shots well is fine, but you're still taking shots. I thought he got hit a lot all night long. Rodriguez just doesn't have the power people think he does.

Don't get me wrong, I am definitely not saying Rodriguez looked good or anything. I just don't see a great fighter in Rosinskey.

From 2-9, there were a couple of "close" rounds in the sense that Rodriguez would land big power here and there (usually a one and done, or a very short combo) but not enough to steal a round in which he was getting his face jabbed off and his sides drubbed up while in full retreat mode.
