I think he was being facetious, but Narvaez has actually faced dangerous & powerful opponents (just none as powerful and dangerous as Darchinyan, Montiel & Tyson Marquez) - mostly in the last year or two since moving up to super fly.

It's a fair criticism of his flyweight opponents - while many of them were quite good - to say that none were really powerful & dangerous (in terms of KO threats).

Who has the better argument, and why?

    a) Who will be better than 4-0 in world title bouts?

    b) Who will have a better single win than a huge upset against a much larger and held-in-utmost-p4p-esteem Donaire?

He won't be fighter of the year but that would be a great candidate for upset of the year

Wow! I guess nobody's giving narvaes a chance. I doubt he'll get KTFO though. Guy's pretty tough and never been down.

Runito makes opponents miss. But he is no Mayweather with his defense. Pacquiao just brawls. I think Nonito can make

Narvaez miss and will counter with that left hook or set him up for it.

Why not? If I was ever to switch from MAB-Tapia, it might well be for Mifune Toshiro.

Nobody serious about the art of film (as Addie seems to be) - or the art of epic storytelling, period - can come of manhood age without having seen the GOAT. :bart

    #2. :p

Welles' obsessive perfectionism and visionary genius don't quite rival Kurosawa's for me.

    According to American-centric critics?

I could watch seven 50 times and not get bored but I could not say the same for citizen.
