Chad Dawson has looked "pretty good" for 2 rounds against an almost 50 year old man, thats it.

Dawson is known for being all over the place with his mental attitude and focus.

Alls i'm saying is before people talk about Dawson being "back" (was he ever "there" in the first place) Just remember, this is what Dawson does.

If any of you are actually surprised if Dawson turns up and randomly does an impression of a statue and loses his next fight then you only have yourself to blame.

    He's a Zab Judah type

    Remember

The 2 rounds Dawson shared a ring with Hopkins proved nothing. He edged Hopkins in the first and was doing the same in the second. Hopkins seemed his usual self, taking his time to figure out his opponent.

I picked Dawson to beat Hopkins and I would still pick him to do so but the fight proved nothing as to who was actually the superior fighter.

 It did make me laugh, that from those two rounds of non-action, ESB conjured up the following:

    - Dawson was dominating the fight.
    - Dawson has always had B-Hop's number.
    - Dawson was going to stop him late on.
    - Dawson is back, badder than ever!

    :rofl

The negative ones followed after the ridiculous ones about Hopkins quitting, Dawson dominating him, etc. The place was rife with these threads immediately after the fight. Which shows you how pathetic ESB can be, when in the weeks leading up to the fight, almost everyone was claiming the complete opposite; "Hopkins is a G"...."Dawson is a mental midget"...."Dawson will be stopped late"....etc. Alot of the negative Dawson threads you see now, are from people who are probably annoyed with the idiocy of this place and boxing fans in general. Not to mention, Dawson's disgraceful behaviour post fight. He just won by throwing his opponent to the ground, legitimately injuring him, and then has the nerve to claim to be the champ whilst calling Hopkins a coward for not fighting on with just one arm? I've never had anything against Dawson, and I defended him when he lost to Pascal, but his behaviour there put me off him.

It was a shoulder push, not a throw

Lifting a person up with your shoulder whilst your hands are slightly wrapped behind his legs, and then tossing him off you, constitutes as most than just a shoulder push.

He slipped a right hand and then found Hopkins weight on his back- his instinct was to grab his leg, but he chose to shove him off with his shoulder. You notice that the leg he was slightly holding quickly reaches the ground again after he shoves Hopkins off.

As far as I'm concerned Dawson didn't do anything wrong. If they fight again - he will go on to ud Hopkins

If Hopkins weren't injured this wouldn't even be an issue.

Dawson didn't lift him up, Hopkins tried to clinch Dawson while Dawson was ducking.

Dawson was pissed that Hopkins quit, especially considering that he was hoping Hopkins would continue. Anybody in Dawson's position would be just as pissed.
