he failed to acknowledge that his performance was quite lacklustre, he seemed to be under the impression that he had done great he was talking about being a legend, i remember cringing like that when steve collins used to talk about going over and knocking on RJJ door to get a fight with him and he was avoiding him, im all for fighters having confidence but that interview highlighted that deano miight not have the highest ring IQ, i liked the way he thanked every one it was very sincere and humble but he needs serious work, he cannot keep taking shots like he did last night
I agree with yeh but it's his first fight live his emotions were runnin high he enjoyed his first fight back I'm 10 months so hopefully ******. Keeps em active so he can work on things an get sharper
Well I was in the dressing room with Dean before and after the fight and the man who matters was very impressed "no bull****" Dean pwo..l, he must have said 4-5 times how happy he was!
Katie's fight on here soon I hope http://www.ewbc.eu/Live.aspx (thanks Matt) Also in case the ladies and gents on this thread are interested, return flights to Manchester on the weekend of Casey-Galahad and Fury fight can be got on ryanair (from Dublin) for about 40 quid.
Yeah real cagey stuff early on, spuriously leading 1-0 after one round (caught clean once herself) but once she went in front Katie was loving it. She's ****ing deadly
Looks like Sweeney and Waldron on nov 19 is unlikely. Waldron got stopped in 2 tonight http://www.***********.com/huck-vs-rossi-early-fight-results-from-ludwigsburg--45222? In an opener of another big Sauerland card in Ludwigsburg, Germany, rising light heavyweight Robert Woge (6-0, 5 KOs), who is now working with the best German promoter, got another early stoppage against overmatched Irish fighter John Waldron (5-6, 2 KOs), who oppositely suffered his fourth loss in a row.Woge dominated Waldron from the opening belt, and the native of Ballyhaunis was lucky to see the end of round one. In the second, however, Woge upped his pressure and stunned Waldron badly with his uppercut. Waldron, who also sustained a big cut over his left eye in the episode, was issued a count, which he struggled to beat so referee Jorg Milke stopped the contest at 2:00 of the second stanza
I know Booth is near shot, but it was a savage performance by Quigg:shock:. If Frampton doesn't get the Kiko fight in December, then a Quigg v Frampton fight has to be made. I would rather a Quigg v Frampton than a Kiko v Frampton.
