Hopkins was leaning on chads neck with his elbow so chad shrugged him off.

 

we all know Hopkins is a dirty fighter, and Chad gave him his own medicine

 

He also (implicitly) said he would've continued IF he had been made aware the ref would rule it a TKO rather than NC, and then (not implicitly) criticized the ref for not making this clear to him. But then, the very fact that he (implicitly) could've continued under any circumstances meant that a NC was not warranted in the first place.

 

Yea you bias though. Your a Roy Jones fan, so you can't handle the fact that Hopkins beat him in the rematch.

 

Just ask yourself this, does Hopkins get up and continue to fight if he knows he's not gonna get a NC? Probably, so what does that tell you?

 

Chad is used to people to come to him and flashy pot-shot them, developed some punch power and combos since the two Johnson and Tarver fights. Bernard was breaking his patience by making him chase and about to land right hands here and there in a long fight. Dawson chose the short route, it was not Hopkins who was slammed by Echols, jabbed him until the guy lost all his steam and drive and then finished him.

 

Dawson chose the short route but yet it was Hopkins was the one who found a way out :think

 

Hopkins way out was caused by the intentional lifting and vigorous push by Dawson! And he dares to say that Hopkins faked it.... What had he, Chad, to threaten Nard with? His long pity-pat right jab or his tremendous volume of punches he would never land on Hopkins? Let's face it... He didn't have the patience to fight more 30 minutes or 33 minutes like that.

 

judging by what I saw in the first 2 I'd say that Dawson was going to win, he's an idiot for doing that to B-Hop. Bhop was clinching every 2 seconds and I can see where the frustration came from but Dawson just blew what could have been the biggest win of his career up to this point.. patience is a virtue
