    win or lose I want to see more of Narvaez. Narvaez vs. Pong is the only chess fight matchup that could be made that I would look forward to watching.

    Donaire is landing way harder so I understand, Omar is playing it safe. Although he is a great fighter, Donaire is greater.

    Omar has now outlasted Hernan Marquez, and is only the 7th man to take Donaire into a 9th round! Donaire has never scored a stoppage after the start of round 9!

    Narvaez ducks and slides forward. Donaire lands a right to the body. Left hook up top, right to the body. The ref warns him for going slightly low. Hard left jab by Donaire. Narvaez keeps coming forward blocking. Hard right hand by Donaire. Narvaez waves his guard around. Glancing right hand by Donaire, then a left hook and right hand combo charging in before Narvaez can back away. Double jab by Donaire, very sharp. Doubel jab by Donaire again, and he slips a Narvaez right jab. Flurry jumping in by Donaire, missing. High reaching lead left by Narvaez, just barely clipping Donaire. Hard right hands by Donaire, blocked. Narvaez is all turtle shell now, not much of that marionette-string shoulder-pulling slick upper body defense anymore. Little offense either. Just a standing target, slowly moving. Donaire keeps pressuring.

    This fight reminds me of playing fight night champion against somebody who constantly perfect blocks and only lands less 10 punches and wins the round.
