    I think Nacho's shoulder roll is tied with his "feint you dumbass" line in the ranks of greatest 24/7 moments :lol:

    I liked that episode. Particularly because a lot of sparring (the real deal sparring, not that lame entourage stuff) and padwork was shown.

    And I like how neither fighter was trash talking the other, but you really get the feeling that this fight is very very personal and they're both taking it incredibly seriously. Two warriors preparing for one hell of a war.
