is Bute even Eastern European? no he's something else altogether. I've never seen someone with such a long profile and such short ass arms. He's not human.

Pirog, Adamek (as a CW) Abraham (armenian) Sturm (bosnian) Huck (Serbian), Włodarczyk, Shumenov, Golovkin, Baysangurov, Senchenko, Lomachenko, Proksza, just off the top of my head. Most of them are current champs, some I put in who are going to be future champs.

But yeah, most EEs are very big, and likewise have a strong presense at HW, just like smaller nations like Mexicans and Filapinos have a strong presence at the lower weights.

I'm quite sure males in their 20's are easily averaging 6 feet in height in Poland now. Not sure how is that in other parts of the world but that may have something to do with this thread. Also, HW offers the biggest money, recognition etc so surely not as many smaller guys here bother to take up boxing seriously as it is with the big ones.

? Plenty of Top 10 fighters/beltholders/prospects below HW.

    Kotelnik
    Wlodarczyk
    Lebedev
    Shumenov
    Sencheko
    Zaveck
    Aydin
    Erdei
    Dzinziruk
    Golovkin
    Pirog
    Proksa

I'm no fan of most boring ass eastern european block fighters but that's simply not true. That's just off my head too.

When you're 12 years old thinking about taking up boxing are you really considering stuff like that? Especially when you really dont have much of a clue how big you'll end up being as an adult.

Outside of Pirog and maybe Golovkin I dont see any of them making any noise any time soon. I guess they are good by a standard, them being contenders, but I wouldnt consider any of them cept for Pirog contending to being the man in a division.

Hardly anyone is 5'8" 140lbs in Europe, get over it, you ignorant fool. Ever seen a Mexican HW champ?

It's not like it completely doesn't show at 12. I remember once when we were just about 12 we tried predicting our future height from the "lenght" at birth. There is some equation that counts it and our results turned out pretty accurate..

Besides you can always give up boxing at 16 or 18 when you pretty much already know how big you are/can get.
