There is a difference between being cocky cuz you're good and being cocky because the other guy is good. Ariza has basically taken credit for Manny's progress from 130-147. Strength and conditioning trainers are overrated. "such and such has a new strength and conditioning coach" blah blah blah and they get their ass beat.
