Fight last night showed Donaire starting to get into Floyd Mayweather Jr. level of fighting. Winning easy by considerable margin but the crowd booing the boring fight. Same as a Floyd Mayweather fight.

You can't look great every time out, especially against a completely negative opponent like that. It's funny how fickle you people are.

I get the impression that you'd struggle to beat a chicken at Tic Tac Toe.

That's why I said "approaching". Another 1 or 2 boring (being booed) wide margin victory fight(s) by Donaire and he's in Floyd's level already.

Donaire doesn't have the skills of a Mayweather or Hopkins

he's fights like a filipino with the lack of clinching, inside fighting, etc

Borenito Borenaire. He could of done more last night. I think part of who to blame, is himself. Pacquiao would of BOMB that kid from Argentina until his eyes light up and out!!

I'm referring to the boring, less action, potshotting style of fight that being booed by the crowd. You know just like a Floyd boring style of fight.

how does this change the fact that they lack clinching game, inside fighting, and spam 1s and 2s flurries when they are confused?

When Nonito did went bomb mode the Argentine kid was definitely in a spot of bother. But nah...

Nonito had to do his rat tat tat pitty pat punches on the gloves.

If Floyd got booed, it was from him moving away from an opponent trying to engage and failing. Donaire was trying to get an exchange out of Narvaez and Omar wouldn't bite. I don't necessarily think it was his fault.

clinching is for chumps. Do you actually like watching fighters hug or what? Hugging isn't boxing. I'd rather see a guy defend himself without having to resort to grabbing , which Floyd actually does very well. Floyd doesn't actually use the clinch all that much at all actually.
