no natural lightweight should be fighting someone who is the middleweight champion.... where's your ****ing sense of reason?

Sadly, i think ALL of your 52 posts recorded are just devoted to flaming Pacquiao. What a ****ing ***** for PacWeather....

Seriously, the fight night weight disparity and size is just ridiculous. Should he just go up until somebody beats him with one shot? Is that what he has to do to prove he's the man? Khan can't land on McCloskey, Donaire can't open up a little tiny man, and Pac makes bigger stronger men cover up and cringe, and he's still ducking someone? Cotto is the only catch weight that favored Pac, and let's be honest he knew that the 154 lb belt was BS and that's why he never even tried to defend, he's just too small for those guys. 150 favored Margarito more than Pac, Pac was barely a welterweight on fight night.

I've been live at several weigh in's in my day and its quite clear how disproportioned some fighters become when they are drained, their heads appear larger and their skin pale and lifeless. I can't beleive fans do not recognize this nor does it seem to play a role when their fighters win.

That's greed. Martinez should be looking for matches ABOVE him, not below him.

Not to sure what logic is being used here but I can't say I completely blame Manny and his team for making such demands. If a naturally larger fighter that understands the sort of depreciation his willing incur decides to accpet the bout then its his problem. The fight game has changed and if the powers that be feel this sort of new age catch weight title fighting will increase dividends then it will continue with hardly any repercussions.

IM SAYING THIS BECAUSE PACQUIAO TAKES CREDIT FOR BEATING UP BIGGER GUYS WHEN IN REALITY THOSE FIGHTS WERE CATCHWEIGHT FIGHTS OR THE OPPONENTS WERE WEIGHT DRAINED CRAZY LIKE DE LA HOYA

im a Pacquiao fan but i think he should fight Martinez at 150. 147 would be ridiculous since Sergio would be risking much of his health at that weight already. besides it was Martinez who offered to come down to 150.

Did Manny and his team not say he'd fight Martinez at 150?

Do not close the door, yet. If Floyd will not fight Pac, there's only Sergio left to fight or no more. Sergio is definitely too big and too strong, it would only be a win-win fight for Pac. Nobody would expect Pac to win that fight should they fight even at 154.

For Oscar, it was his decision to go down, and Pac also had to move up for that. The Margo, well it was good enough catchweight, Margo's previous fight before that was 147. With JMM, 140 would have been better, but built-wise, they're actually about the same.
