Yes, unfortunately. Even Mayweather-Ortiz, which was described as "disappointing" to Mayweather and GBP, did pretty damn good PPV numbers.

Mayweather markets himself and his fights well and 24/7 does a great job selling poor matchups as good ones.

This matchup is crap, Pacquiao is the only guy at WW whom Floyd should face (and vice versa), but it'll probably happen in 2012 and do good numbers.

Yes over a million buys. Both Floyd and Khan are hugely popular in the UK.

It would sell very well. Especially in Britain. And I think Khan can play the good character here.

If they were to fight in England in would be massive.

May even sell out Wembley Stadium.

In terms of PPV's Mayweather always sells, Khan doesn't have as big a following as he thinks but would do better numbers than Ortiz.

How is khan a bad character like floyd? while fighters like carl froch who talk endless bull**** non stop considered humble, nice etc etc.

Tbf as fanatical as the English are about their fighters, Khan wouldn't receive the same love that Haye/Hatton did, not nearly.

Floyd is huge over here and Khans fanbase is growing with every fight he doesn't get KO'd in but to be fair most casuals still see him as the glass chinned kid. when ive mnetioned a possible Khan vs Mayweather fight they ridicule it without seeing ANY of his last 3 or 4 fights

I dunno about Haye most people I spoke to before the Klitschko fight either wanted Haye to lose or thought he would win but was rooting for wlad. It seemed like only the real real casuals (football fans looking for excuse to **** up) wanted and thought Haye was gonna weigh him in

Difference between love and drawing power, the public loved Hatton but wasn't Haye the bigger PPV draw of the two? Going by the Mayweather and Klitschko stats

stupid question.... of course it would sell.
To what amount, and if comparable to his other fights would be a more useful question...

No, not till Khan gets more exposure to the US....

Oh yeah I wasn't really talking about Sales

I can just imagine Mayweather having almost equal support here, Khan being a pacistani muslim who got ktfo doesn't seem to inspire the same patriotism for some reason :think

No way, only reason why haye outsold hatton was because hatton fight was like 4am at night while haye fight was like 10-11pm.
