He'll say the testing isn't an issue. Then start talking about Mayweather wanting to change the rules. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ihAn0UpVUyo[/ame] And I'm not discounting Floyd contradicting himself before the the Ortiz fight. My stance is that neither one of them is in any hurry to fight the other. I just think it's disingenuous for anyone to pretend otherwise.
there are inconsistencies from both sides although *******s and *****s think its all coming from the opposite
why would he be in a hurry to fight Floyd? He wants the fight but he's not gonna beg for it. In his eyes he doesn't need the fight for his legacy cause it's already sealed.
I understand you but Floyd can say the same thing as well. They truly are the two kings. At the end of the day it leaves us, the fans ****ed. But I don think about it anymore and honestly, that saddens me because we shouldn't be deprived of this.
two egos.. one's trying to put their will on the other. the other one isn't obligated by sanctioning rules to adhere to tests not sanctioned by the governing body.. Go through the NSAC.
it aint that simple. one is avoiding a random testing procedure which involves blood taking. all pac has to do is do it and we have a fight. by doing so, he can call if floyd' is bluffing or not. but, he wont 'cause he doesnt want to take that risk.
the random testing is flawed... everyone knows nobody tested on the day of the fight or before with ortiz and mosley.. yup, the risk of brusing and having blood taken close to a fight that requires 100 percent stamina. Pacquiao is under NSAC rules. Not Floyd rules..
Team Pacquiao is so full of ****. Check out this gem from Roach: RingTV.com: When you say that Pacquiao agreed to the testing, can you clear the air on exactly what it was that he agreed to or the protocol and conditions there? FR: I believe 14 days, but to be honest with you, I wasn't a part of that part of the negotiations. I know that Manny and Arum worked that out. I do forget how many days that it was. It was either 10 or 14, but I really don't know for sure. This is the **** I'm talking about. We all saw Mayweather say in February of 2010 that he was no longer offering a cutoff after Pacquiao turned down a 14 day cutoff. They're going around claiming testing is no longer an issue and that they've agreed. But they only agreed to terms that were taken off the table almost 2 years ago. If they don't want to take the tests, then don't do it. However, they seem to be simply talking out of both sides of their mouths. I can't say it's a bad strategy though as people seem to believe it.
when was that? :yikes I know Roach isn't that credible since he said he's not sure, but he says they are still asking for a cutoff and he would at least know if they still wanted that or not
I remember when FightHype brought up the rumor that Floyd was fighting Ortiz. He immediately shot it down told them he isn't fighting anyone which obviously turned out to be a lie. I'm probably wrong but I think both Team Pac and Team FMJ are trying to build up some sort of surprise announcement. Searching for concrete answers is useless at this point. It's sorta like asking the government about the existence of aliens. If Pac and Floyd do end up fighting it's not because they really want it but because they are pushed into the pit by fans, promoters, etc.
