Plus, it should also be pointed out that you would also need so much GUTS to do counter-punching against Pacquiao because you're in a prone of exchanging fists with him. JMM certainly has the guts to do that. Moralas did but failed. Barrera never had the guts to do that. Among the 3, JMM was the only one to pass with colors, but it's not that easy if you ask me.

I don't know if that's easy or not for Floyd. Certainly, he has the skills to do that but it's not just about skills, it's also needs enough GUTS to do that. He may get forced to trading punches with Pacquiao and you don't want to do that with Pacquiao.

emmanuel won't be in position to offer any punches for trade because of Floyd's footwork

Do you also know that draining weight can also affect your punch resistance? The 2nd KO loss of Manny was very obvious if you studied their weight-ins and watched that fight. :deal

Let's just see and watch their fight (if the fight really happens), ok?
I can't break down myself how the fight will happen cause Manny's very unpredictable with his fights. As of now, most of us know Floyd is more skilled than Manny, but that's just it. But if he counter-punches Manny the way Marquez did to him needs a lot of guts as well.

And you also have to understand that Manny doesn't need think much about cutting in the ring or fighting tactically against them cause, as a lot of you guys pointed out, his opponents charges in front of Manny (w/c is not his fault if they did that). Manny didn't even expect that Cotto and Mosley would be back-pedaling against him cause he thought their powers would be enough to trade shots with him and back him up. So it can also be viewed the other way around. Depending on how you see it.

Exactly, as skilled as Floyd may be, he doesn't fight the way JMM does. These guys have to understand that JMM was trading shots with Manny while he was counter-punching him. Will Floyd do that also? Dunno :good

Floyd won't have to. He's a more accurate puncher than JMM, and he can land the same amount of punches that JMM landed on Manny. What we do know for sure is that Manny would have a harder time to landing his punches on Floyd as cleanly as he landed on JMM. Floyd doesn't have to trade to get his shots off first against Manny like JMM did, Floyd has enough punching accuracy, superb timing, and longer reach to beat Manny to the punches by using range distance.

the thing with Manny tho is he comes back in combos after taking a punch, he actually wants the other guy to punch him so he can get his punches off

how will Floyd handle manny when Floyd throws that one punch and Manny comes rushing back with multi combos in different angles?

    will he run away? engage?

if he runs away he will end up losing in points,

if he engage, he will end up getting KOed or knocked down

With all said and done, Pac still knocks down Marquez every time they fight:

    :deal

CO SIGN-FLOYD WILL DROP HIS BACK FOOT EVERYTIME PAC TRYS TO TAKE AN ANGLE AND "STEAL" IT RIGHT BACK OFF HIM.

Something Shane and Oscar did not know how to do by the time they fought Manny...rather I should say, were not quick enough to do.

Floyd also will control Pacquiao with his reach and right hands.

EVERYTIME MANNY "RUNS IN" (SEE YOUTUBE VIDEO ON COTTO AND MOSLEY FIGHTS) FLOYD WILL BE ABLE TO TURN AND POP HIM IN HIS JAW WITH A RIGHT-IF HE IS ACCURATE THEN HE'LL ALSO BE ABLE TO FINISH WITH HIS LEFT HOOK:deal

If Manny didn't improve at all, assuming that he's on PEDs, then why won't Floyd just fight him? If he's that unskilled on PEDs compared to Mayweather, then what's the point of drug testing? Who cares if he's dirty, just beat him and make him look even worse for not submitting to OSDT.
