Kessler has fought a grand total of FOUR times outside of Denmark in his 46 fights.

Ive already seen Ward put a one sided beating on Kessler, Im not that interested in seeing it,to be honest.

Ward beats Froch, beats Bute, then he cleaned out the division. Maybe he could move up to 175 after that.

    :good

I agree with anything including Bute and one of the followers: Kessler, Froch, Ward.

Kessler won't be the first one to make an offer to Ward if he wins the super 6. From December the 6th, many boxers will want to face him. Sauerland won't be able to make an offer until Kessler wins against Stieglitz.

lies.sauerland won't cash in on kessler so soon.he would want to milk the cow a bit more, why else go for stieglitz?so he can have his "big" events in germany with kessler as a main draw beating on cab drivers, like marco huck

Karma is a *****... I don't want that but Steiglitz might win. He should concentrate to heal first.

don't think that's true but it is plausible, Kessler looked prety bad in ring with Ward, even before the headbutt; but he has credibility and if somehow pulled a stunt like that it is good strategy; checking the WBC site Kessler isn't listed anymore as WBC emeritus champion; i think WBC expects from Sauerland some amount of cash

The reason why he isnt emeritus champion any longer, is because he became WBO mandatory challenger for Stieglitz.

I don't really understand that. I thought the Emeritus status for a thing given for life. Well, I must be sane if I don't understand the WBC.

    "1.31
Emeritus Champion. In its discretion, the WBC may designate and recognize, upon a 2/3 vote of the Board of Governors, one or more WBC Emeritus Champion of the world in each weight category. Such recognition is for life and will only be bestowed upon a present or past WBC World Champion of extraordinary prestige, reputation, stature, and everlasting legacy in the sport."

You are right. Strange then. But not the first time an ABC group dont follow their own rules :deal

Then again, while Kessler is good, he is hardly (as of yet at lest) an extraordinary champion :deal

It's not plausible at all. Who'd kiss a megapayday against Allan Green goodbye to stand on the sideline for over a year?
