I don't think he looked great in the Byrd fight aside from the KO and the Tua fight could have gone either way and as we know Tua is pretty one-dimensional.
Right. He wasn't looking good against Byrd before the knockout and Tua was no world beater Himself. Fans who say Ibeabuchi was great (Check the posting history of Jack) are just fans who don't like the European champions we have today. It's really just grasping at straws..............
Yeah, Ibeabuchi is about the most overrated fighter of the last 20 years. 18 fights against the usual suspects, two against live bodies - one of which he arguably lost!! Two fights does not prove that Ibeabuchi was anywhere near as good as some seem to think he is.
As an up and coming contender and prospect, Ike was starting to make some noise, then just like that...it was over. Yes he gets overrated, but it's understandable after we seen what he was capable of, and the fact his boxing career ended at a time when people were really starting to take notice. A big, strong and lively contender is always a good thing for the division. Ike was all of those things.
Ibeabuchi's career was cut short through no fault of his own you stupid mother****er. Nobody overrates him. Just because Byrd beat Vitali, and Ike took him out in 4 + rounds doesn't mean Ike beats Vitali. Anyway, Ike ****s both Klit brothers up!
Marion Wilson had one of the best chins in heavyweight history. EVER. ****ing stupid **** earlier that mentioning being taken the distance by Marion like its a bad thing
I WOULDNT SAY OVERATED BUT MORE OF THE UNKOWN....HE ONLY HAD 20 PRO FIGHTS....AND WAS SCEDULED TO FIGHT MICHAEL GRANT ON HBO BEFORE GOING TO JAIL....SO WHO KNOWS WITH IKE/ BUT WITH ONLY 20 PRO FIGHTS HE WAS EONS AHEAD OF A DUDE LIKE DENIS BOYSTOV WHO HAS 28 PRO FIGHTS......:thumbsup
