This video is very upsetting. He is slurring so badly. Even Ali sounded better before Holmes. He should not be fighting anymore. I don't support this fight. I really hope he is able to remain healthy
Slurring real bad. I used to be able to do understand Toney despite his slurring. But now it's inaudible. It's another level. I'm catching 20-40% of the words he's actually saying.
I how Toney finally got a good steroid coach so he can pass the drug test. Toney will get KO'd this fight, with the weight loss and years of abuse to his body he is shot.
The great ones always go on too long. He sounds like he's following the footsteps of Robinson in terms of brain damage. Really too bad. It's also really sad that after the past 8 years he finally decided to get in shape again.
I think it has to do with his breathing from his nose. I don't think he's actually slurring because he always talked like that.
Jesus, this just took a whole lot of my interest away from this fight. He sounds really bad. People can say he's always talked like that or that he's breathing through his nose or whatever...make no mistake about it - that's very bad brain damage. His speech is going fast and as he gets older (and takes more punches over the next few years), it's going to just get worse and worse.
