Arum sounds really confident. I don't agree with him but for sure he's not the one stalling the fight.

promoters are supposed to sound confident about their fighter

their job is to build hype for their guy and make you want to watch the fight

emmanuel's marketability and popularity would go down if bob told the truth and said emmanuel gets beat up by Floyd.

if he wanted to avoid the fight, he'd be better off just not bringing it up.

keeping the potential sale of Mayweather-emmanuel in the consumers minds make them more likely to follow Floyd and emmanuel

The mystery about Pac is it confuses everyone whether he is fast or powerful. If one think he is fast, then boom. He gets hit with his power. If one thinks he is powerful, he gets peppered with punches.

if floyd really believes that it's easy fight with pac as most posters here say, then it would have happened already and collected his money and cemented his legacy as the number 1 p4p fighter on earth. but, it hasn't! osdt? nah...

if manny only agreed to jab the fight would be made in 30 seconds? manny jabs with the right hand, but at the same time floyd is scared of manny's right hand? i'm a pac fan but arum is full of ****.

So knocking down Cotto, turning Clottey into a punching bag out of sheer volume and power (never done before too), stunning iron chinned Margarito and knocking down Mosley ultimately making him quit and run for his dear life, all points to Pac having overrated power?

    Ok Hitta_Squadup.

Actually, when you think about it, Floyd hasn't fought anybody as of late with solid KD power on both hands.

Mayber Arum was hinting that if all Pac has was the straight left, then Floyd would've signed up a long time ago, but since Manny also has a powerful right, he can mix it up and make Floyd confused, thus the hesitation on Floyd's part to just accept the "easy" fight.

Says the promoter who vehemontly defended Margacheato. Like it or not Arum, Floyd dictates when this fight will happen. You're merciless to do anything about it.
