In your vid it looks like Khan is sparring with Benavidez, have you got the link to that?

he defnitely has sparred with benavidez, but their's isn't much footage of it on youtube... i got that clip from another highlight video and that was pretty much all their was.

im not sure why roach hasn't released much footage of khan sparring. their's just a couple of minutes of him a pacman, but it's not very clear. maybe roach doesn't wan't people to be able to study him.

it's annoying cus apparently their's some fantastic wars between khan and manny in sparring.

Good video, Khan has done well since losing to prescott, if only he had avenged his loss to prescott instead of fighting mccloskey and would be fighting bradley instead of peterson in december it would be perfect (allthough there is no blame on his part for the final one).
The Maidana fight made me respect him much more as well.

yeah i sort of wish he'd avenged the loss to prescott too. think it's too late now.. i hope he goes on to fight guys like ortiz and berto at 147 to prove himsel at the weight. i don't want him to get a shot at mayweather just because it's a money fight. he should earn his spot.

khan does seem like the type of guy that wants to prove himself though, he's not JUST in it for the money, although he's starting to show signs of leaning that way!

I was a bit confused at the footage of Pac knocking down his sparring partner...it makes it seem as if it's Khan on the canvas, even though it's someone else.

I've also seen all of Khan's pro fights, and I agree that he's really come a long way. When he was a prospect I kept thinking that he was nowhere near as good as the hype suggested, and I doubted that he would ever even be a world champion due to his chin, his bad defence and his horrible gameplans. (The Prescott loss, for example...why on earth would you stand still and try to fight a heavy hitter up close, especially when you have a shaky chin? Incredibly dumb.)

Roach has really improved him. He's completely tightened up his guard -- Khan still has defensive flaws but he's much tougher to hit now. He instantly made him play to his strengths, too, by emphasising speed, movement and the jab. (Which is something I wanted Khan to do since I saw him back in the Olympics.) The very thought of the old version of Khan stepping into the ring against Maidana is hilarious. He would have been knocked out cold in a couple of rounds at best. Khan's improvements are a testament to his dedication, and also a testament to Roach's training. He's really polished Khan and Pac. Natural talent is a great thing, but without the proper guidance it can come crashing down.

to be honest i thought it was khan.... i would re edit it but it's too much of a pain to sync the music up again.... i'll just have to make up some **** like (i meant to have a clip of manny to show how khan is learning from the best!).... or something!lol

khan is improving with every fight. what i noticed about the judah fight compared to the maidana fight is how much better khans footwork and general movement was. he's learnt to pivot and turn his opponent and he varies his movement, so he's not predictable.

also the fact he has added a left hook in the mix too, which i he develops will add a whole other dimension to his game.... maybe he can because leathal two handed power punching fighter like pacman.

if you told me after the prescott fight if khan would beat guys like kotelnik, marco, malinaggi, salita, maidana, judah and mccloskey i'd have told you to get your head out of the clouds, as funny as it sounds now, i was thinking osin ***an and Dimitri salita would both stop khan.
    hopefully the lad continues winning.

yeah and his last performance was very encouraging. he dominated judah in every area.

people like to dismiss him because his technique isn't always perfect and he doesn't possess all the skills that some fighters do, but isn't boxing about winning a fight at the end of the day? and amir khan is proving better at doing that each fight.

i hope he keeps proving doubters wrong!
