its one thing after another isn't it. any elite level athlete will tell you how important the mental aspect is and from what we have seen so far thats missing from him.

Profesional and Amateur boxing are different for a number of reasons but most notably you have to act profesionally. Thats means staying focused, living the life. Gavin has failed to act profesionally throughout his career.

 

I agree to an extent, It don't look good though.

 

To be honest mate ive stopped paying attention to a lot of things unless they are direct from the person involved........Yeah it might not sound or look good today, but like I said we have zero idea what the score is so speculating is pointless to an extent....

I just hope Frankie is ok whatever the situation is.

 

i think you lot should cut him some slack, no one knows the full ****ing story

we have heard what happened him before in his personal problems and if the past is related to whats going on now then **** that i probably wouldnt fight either, anyone who has children of their own would understand

some things in life are more important than boxing and if the head aint right whats the point getting into the ring and risk losing, **** the fans **** happens

 

If I have had 'personal problems' for as long as he has I would be out of work. Work puts food on the table and Frankie is refusing to work.

there is a difference in going in sitting at an office and fighting for a living when personal problems are present, i cannot even bring myself to go the boxing club when i got personal issues let alone train well, let alone fight

 

Not to be negative all the time, but if Gavin boxes in his proper weight division his road is blocked by Theopane, they see Purdy as the easier option, Gavin is a classy boxer, but only domestic class, as without power he'll get chased to a standstill and stopped, you need a good dose of everything to step into world class.:think
