    If Team Pacquiao and Team Mayweather sit down and talk after the Marquez fight and Team Pacquiao agrees to the testing with no cut offs then its a wrap on that issue.

    No I'm saying that they probably have talked in the past and the issue could have came up at any time. They don't have to be sitting down at a table. According to you, Floyd knows exactly what manny has or hasn't agreed to even tho they've supposedly never talked. Your just making asumptions like everybody else. Why hasn't Floyd made any effort to talk to them and settle the issue. Isn't that what he should do if he wants the fight? Let me guess, it's all Arums / Pacquiao's fault.

    Well here's the facts:

    Manny pacquiao and his team has given several indicitations over the past 2 years that they've tried to push and make the fight happen. Floyd has given NO INDICATION AT ALL that he's ever tried to reach out to Pacquiao or settle any of the issues. All he done is deny, spew racist **** on youtube, and say "take the test." Meanwhile we had guys like ODLH and Ross Greenburg say the fight was close to being made but Floyd held it up. So make of it what you will.

    there's no reason to.

    It's now clear that Floyd never was serious about fighting Pacquiao. He was just ****in' around, trying to do or say what his fans wanted to hear.

    Arum already said after the 2nd negotiations that when Floyd is ready to give him a call.

    People can say whatever they want, about who called who or not, but fact is money has never been an issue in negotiation and Manny is lying his ass off.

    The question is why.

    Floyd don't need to call them unless they agree to the tests. Floyd has none they've screwing around and not serious about agreeing to it for over a year now
