    I think over 12 a prime Hearns would trouble mayweather more than anyone else in history at 147

    He holds his own with any of them.

    Tommy Hearns H2H is a nightmare for almost any 147 fighter in history, Floyd doesn't punch hard or often enough to break his chin, so he's the nightmare for me.

    Might be missing some. I'd consider De La Hoya and McGirt at their best welterweight forms to be toss ups. And I'll also add that these fighters would beat Pacquiao as well.
