    I mean, pretty much for every body even when it was announced.....was just kind'a "ehhhhh :blood, that doesn't sound too good"...haha.

    So those numbers are out but Mayweather/Ortiz is still not out?

    Anyway, not surprised it didn't do well especially with Dawson as the opponent.

    Dawson-Tarver got a $3M fee from HBO and they barely sold a thousand tickets in a small casino. Talk about the popularity of this guy

    This is more about the fans of Boxing than Hopkins.

    How in the hell could Boxing fans not have bought that fight? Especially with the under card?

    Yeah Boxing is "fine". Right.

    I bought it, didn't think it would be great but it's boxing and I buy every fight even the **** PPV's we have to pay for in Canada that are free everywhere else. Plus it's one of my faves in hopkins.....turned out to be absolute **** but yall sound poor! 60 bucks for PPV to watch big names in the sport I love once every couple months ain't ****.

    Exactly. Between Dewey Bozella, Holt, Malignaggi, Linares/Morales, and Hopkins? What Boxing fan couldn't like this?

    This ish speaks to Boxing fans not Hopkins or Dawson. Boxing fans just are wack.

    This is'nt about Chad Dawson.
    Only real boxing fans know who Chad Dawson is.

    The PPV sell here was Bernard Hopkins, and its been proven he cant draw flies to ****.

    Quite frankly, I'm suprised the fight sold as much as 40K.

    How many PPV did Hopkins-Jones 2 sell????
