Ask first why they haven't released Pac/SSM numbers.

Great numbers. It's not just Floyd though. Alvarez and Morales will certainly have contributed a lot.

how much better did Floyd vs Shane do than PAC vs Shane? I think that the 300K buys on the following day due to the contraversial nature can be credited for the great numbers as POST PPV buys are typically extremely low.

Josh isn't comparable to Ortiz who was a highly touted young gun that was being promoted strongly by Golden Boy. Not only that Vic was a US born fighter with a built in Fan Base from the Mexican and Mexican/American community.

Great numbers for Floyd vs Ortiz at the end of the day and that's good for boxing. The truth is PAC is closing on the P4P PPV crown in terms of a US draw that Floyd is so proud of.

OFFICIAL numbers always take weeks to tally. The first week number you recieve is an estimate. Perfect example Mayweather - Delahoya. First week estimate was about 2.15 after the offical tally it was 2.4

I don't get why people are so upset by these numbers.

Floyd is the number one in terms of PPV's. Good on him...

Actually....he's not. His average is best but overall he's behind PAC in terms of total revenue in US PPV buys, Total events and profits. Floyd's still putting up impressive figures which shouldn't go unnoticed.

Pac vs Shane numbers were never released so we don't really know.

Josh was thought by a lot to be to big for Pac and was on ESPN, SHOWTIME and HBO alot. Ortiz was thought to not have a real chance an nobody here was going to buy it. Vic was hated by the Mexicans b/c he is a cali surfer and quitter.

Love how *****'s switch gears from claiming Floyd's numbers against Vic would be between 1.5 and 1.8 Million buys, completely blowing out PAC's numbers with Shane... to their present stance.... 1.25 million is only less than PAC's PPV numbers b/c Victor wasn't a name.
