Interesting, Solis? I do rate Solis but he hasn't done anything for me at HW. I think Price has the style to beat Fury, I do appreciate he hasn't beaten anyone yet, but he convincingly outboxed Fury in the amateurs and has look much more impressive in the pro ranks up to now, especially technically. I can't see how Fury would beat Povetkin, Povetkin has mixed and beaten much better fighters than Fury. To each their own I suppose, it'd be an interesting fight, but my money would be on Povetkin. :rasta
Haye was one of only two boxers to stop Ruiz, thats a pretty good legacy result, certanly better than beating a domestic champion who, as has been mentioned already boasted Sexton as his best win. I like Fury and hope he does well, but he'll need to achieve a fair amount to surpass Haye.
Fair enough then. But with the amateur fight between Fury and Price apparently Fury was no where near as experienced as Price and Fury put Price down. I wouldn't base my opinion on the amateur fight the two had.
Good stuff, should be a good build up as well if they both keep this trash talk up. Fury wins by stoppage.
Good fight but I can see it leading to a fight with Klitschko not long after it which would be an anhilation for Tyson.
Sad isnt it, boxing is such a way that guys can be champion alot longer, even Vitali who i respect a huge amount gets away with fighting a Sownoski, etc.
Read again- I pointed out Haye overall achievement for obvious reasons, 1 he was top dog in the cruiser, the div below and was number 3 in the world at heavy not bad going. Chisora is fresh but in reality no better than Barrett or Harrison...and his carrer will prove this. Ruiz and Valuev are his stand out wins at heavy and only top 10 wins. We all know the Haye story, massive talent, but lost it when he moved up to heavyweight (the eye of the tiger) despite him winning against a few heavies and claiming a title. The reality was each performance was below what his talent was...
Ruiz a top ten win. How exactly was Ruiz top ten when Haye fought him? He hadn't had a significant win in 6 years prior to fighting Haye. He was nowhere near top 10. Get out of here with that ****.
Haye’s WBA belt was supposed to be different and even confirmed legit with the 12 months + in between the Skelton defence and Drumond return. Saying that the only difference between Haye and Fury is H2H rank and he could go on and beat either Klitschko.
It’s like.... he hurt it lol. I dunno how else to explain it. It’s like the 9/11 conspiracy. (Certainty/Uncertainty)
You know your stuff Bryn, and because of this I am going to let you in on a massive investment opportunity. There is some prime land going cheap, on a first come, first served basis in a place called Kabul. Now I know someone as smart as you, would not want to miss out on such a chance to make a killing...:hey
