These guys fought once already earlier this year. It was a war. Completely back and fourth, First round both fighters came out guns blazin'! Both were down, Both exchanged shots, Both came to fight, and we had a night to enjoy! After round 1 being a war it continued to be a great fight between to full hearted warriors. Concepcion was down in the 3rd round ( Another extremely notable round in the fight. ) And at the 11th round the fight was stoppage because of a cut on Concepcion. Since the 1st fight was a close, Blood and Guts war, These rivals will have a rematch for Tyson Marquez's WBA World Flyweight Title.

Oh and BTW if you didn't see the first fight. Watch it, You will not be disappointed.:

Now on with the fighters themselves:

    --------------------------------------------------

    Hernan " Tyson " Marquez ( 31-2-0 ):

Basics: Hernan Marquez is the WBA World Flyweight titleholder. He is a tough southpaw who has shared the ring with many good fighters and none could say it was an easy night. This entertaining fighter gets the nickname " Tyson " for easy to see reasons, He is a Violent and aggressive guy, He is at a point in his career where he is nearing his physical prime, Which is good, Considering all he has already shown us. He has wins to many big names and only two losses to Richie Memranum, who was just plain old too fast and Nonito Donaire, Who actually cannot say he had an easy night. Although being mostly dominant. Anyways now we go to other stats,

Resume: He has a great resume, Considering his age too! He already has wins to Luis Concepcion, and Erdin Dapudong also losses to Nonito Donaire and Richie " Magnum " Mempranum.

Power: Very Good. 24 of 31 wins by KO!

    Rating: 3# Flyweight.

    Style: An Aggressive Southpaw

    ------------------------------------------------------

    Luis Concepcion ( 23-2-0 ):

Basics: Another hard hitter! He is coming off an outstanding 1 round KO win to Flyweight Contender Manuel Vargas ( 30-9-1 ) and is for sure a top Flyweight contender. He is also the Former WBA World Flyweight titleholder, He lost it in the first war with Tyson Marquez in April and from what I saw in his last fight he is very hungry to get it back. Luis Concepcion is a hard hitting, Orthodox fighter from the Panama, So we got a Southpaw-Orthodox battle ( Please no headbutts  ) and it is also safe to say he is around his prime since he is 26, He has also fought good opponents in his career.

    Rating: 5# Flyweight.

Power: Great. 18 out of 23 wins by KO, Against Elite opponents.

    Style: Aggressive orthodox fighter.

Resume: Great! Like Marquez he is fighting elite guys in Omar Soto, Manuel Vargas, Wilfredo Valedez, and Hernan Marquez.

    ---------------------------------------------------------------

Expect a war, Two aggressive hard hitters!

I predict: Close Fight. Really tough to call. I will go on a limb and say Concepcion but either could win easy.

I have read rumors about Tyson changing trainers at the last minute + average quality of sparring partners (compared to the 1st fight). Also he came in late for the weigh in and looked tired according to some reports. If that is true El Nica will put him down bc he trained harder and better this time (according to him) and I tend to believe that since he's got to prove himself in this one. I hoped that both would be in tremendous condition but if there is only 1 I believe we will not see the championship rounds.

Marquez has been in camp 9 weeks and is on his third trainer in that time period. Doesn't bode well

    Should be another W A R !

I expect Concepcion to be in better shape and box this time around, but here's where it gets tricks: the rematch is in Mexico so will he settle to the points win and risk the visitor treatment? Tyson is favored in a war, but I pick El Nica to even the score and have a decider next year.

    WAR!!!

I'm going with Nica winning via late stoppage in another war. Here's hoping for a trilogy.
