    Whether Floyd fights Pacman or not ( take the test Pacman). He will still become the all-time PPV star because he has star appeal. Floyd sold nearly 1.3 million with a novice opponent and it was the 2nd highest grossing non HW PPV fight ever. Haters can hate but the fact still remains they will follow and pay to see Floyd every time he fights with great enthusiasm.

    If he doesnt fight Pac he might as well tattoo Manny's name on his forehead cause he aint never gonna hear the end of it until he dies. PPV's is about the only ATG status he might reach.

    How is it not? It was 50,000 off the mark. 50,000 is only 4% of 1.25M. Relatively speaking, that's pretty close.

    Only if Pacquiao retires soon.

    Pac has sold 8.8M PPVs in his career to Mayweather's 8M, and he has the Marquez fight coming up which will likely extend his lead by another 1.2-1.5M buys.

    De La Hoya I believe holds that record with about 14M PPV buys.

    what a lame accomplishment considering there is no other major American PPV attraction to compete with

    Floyd = default PPV king

    *****s beating their chests is like a Yankee fan bragging when they make the playoffs

    No, De La Hoya (13+ million), Tyson (12+ million), Holyfied (12+ million) and Pacquiao (8++ million) all have sold more PPVs than Floyd.
