    I am not sure that many people know his father, or Kermit Cintron. They can only hype one boxer at a time over here :lol:. Tito -> Cotto -> Juanma. Those are the ones who they know over here

    It's been almost six months since Vazquez was in the ring, his dreams becoming a nightmare at the hands of a rejuvenated Jorge Arce.

    Let's see if he has shaken that off mentally, and still kept himself in sharp form physically.

    Crazy. PR has one of the best pound-for-pound boxing traditions of any country. Considering how small they are, they've produced a lot of terrific fighters (and an entire host of "good but not quite great" types as well).

    Vazquez is looking very loose, letting his shoulders droop and jerk up out of their sockets in waving motions as he tosses jabs and overhand rights at Leyva from outside and rolls backward after each delivery. Leyva just slides back and tries to push out a long jab. NICE uppercut by Vazquez. Wild right slicing in from the side by Leyva misses the head as Vazquez ducks, and a left hook to the body finds no home either. Leyva is missing or getting blocked with 95% of the slew of punches he's dumping at Vazquez, who looks very comfortable with his back to the ropes.

    Vazquez is dancing around, rolling his fists in concentric circles and pot-shotting at Leyva. The Mexican is being an archetypal Mexican guerrero, trying to smash his way inside and push Vazquez up against the ropes with an out-held left arm to zap him with right uppers. Vazquez is too smooth and agile, skirting around Leyva and landing combos. Leyva starts trying to duck and rise while throwing high clapping shots in at Vazquez's head, but is eating far more than he's dishing out.
