Yeah the statement that Puerto Rican's are one of the most knowledgeable fans is not that true. Yes it is a mainstream sport over here. Yes there is a huge section for a star in the newspaper. But the only boxers they watch here atm are Mayweather, Pacquiao and the current puertorican stars. The make parties to watch the fights here for these fighters, specially for Cotto and Tito, not so much for Juanma yet, and will probably never be that way for Juanma.

    Round 3

Vazquez is feinting with a popping shoulder, making it look like a bawdy dance move. Accurate but light jabs from Vazquez on the outside steer Leyva to the ropes, before Vazquez ducks and rolls back out of the way when Leyva tries to launch off and hammer out at him. Vazquez throws a right hand and gets it caught beneath Leyva's arm, but once he wrenches it out he makes a point to slap Leyva several times in the lip consecutively with it. Vazquez is landing some big shots from outside now, out for blood. Leyva is DOWN AND OUT!!

I wouldn't be surprised if Calderon struggles to some degree tonight. At least more then he should.

Guys like 150 years old for his weight class. Pillow fists. Relied on footwork, movement and speed which all have degraded.

Who the hell is that guy that took him life and death before the Segura fights?

I don't think the Calderon fight lasts much longer as this one also.

Jesus Iribe, who's a tough journeyman and a bit better than his record.

    Unless you meant Rodel Mayol.

Come to think of it, Calderon's been struggling for years now as his legs have started to go - dating back to even the pair with Cazares. Ever since he moved up from minimum, things haven't been quite so easy for him.

Vazquez and Juanma where talking **** to each other. I think no one is missing a punch if they actually fight.

Good KO Vazquez Jr.! Do you know when Marquez is fighting exactly?
