I know one thing for certain - I'd take him over Daniel Mortimer

 

So in other words, he'll have a blinder against the Titans.

I think Mortimer is possibly a better long term prospect, he'll come good, train hard, keep his nose clean

I dont hold such high hopes for Chrissy unfortunately

Ippy, ever been to Cherbourg? That will open your eyes.

Noone in Cherbourg would have rang the police or talked to media. Fact.

Police rarely go out to Cherbourg even when called. Fact.

There is that many domestics at Cherbourg it is almost considered normal.

Sandow is a waste of money. I bet Parramatta was filthy they missed out on Carney. :-( **** the pair of them.

Mortimer won't even get a look in at the Roosters, who'll go with Anasta and Pearce. Mortimer couldn't even dislodge Jeff ****ing Robson FFS.

Yeah I've been to Cherbourg. Have friends who work as coppers there. Calls for service do exist believe it or not.

 

Well I'll be ****ed. My mates from Murgon and Kingaroy (Police) reckoned they rarely went out there, only if they get the same call 2-3 times.

Hear some ****ing funny stories out there though.

Mortimer was on the same level as Pearce in his rookie years.

 

Plenty of funny stories from out that way. Mt Isa was the same when I was there. I'll have to disagree wholeheartedly about Mortimer being like Pearce was early doors. Don't think he's got the same talent. Parra have got their first halfback since 2005 when Timmy Smith popped up.

 

I reckon sandow will find it tough for a while and will have a hard first season.
He will need to change his style and play more structured, and Kearney will need to find a way to hide him in defense.
For the price they paid, there will be huge expectations of him to hit the ground running from both the fans and media, and I reckon it could **** him up, at least for the first season anyway.
