You seem to be forgetting that DLH was dehydrated and had nothing left when he fought Pac. Its been 7 yrs since he fought at 147. He had more in the tank, demanding that Floyd fight him at 154 otherwise that fight would have been different and DLH knew that. Floyd won't be dehydrated.

I must thank everyone for their input and I appreciate the logic statements in the room and of course those who are emotional in their responses as well. I didn't think it could be done. I wish I could invite all of the PAC supporters to my home to watch the fight if it happens for three reason. One, It would be free, because I get PPV for free which would save you money. Two I take all bets and that PPV money that you would have spent can go into my pockets. And last, I love the looks on the faces of those who say they believe they are right and fold in the moment of truth when its time to put up or shut up in a high end wage. In a fight of this magnitude I plan on making bank.

Dehaydrated or not, Pac made him his *****. Gayweather earned a split decision against a past prime, faded Hoya.

Pac made Mosley pose for a bikini contest and then aimed for Usain Bolts record after that while mosley almost KOed Gayweather.

cause really marquez back then at 126 and 130 is really equal to the marquez that floyd fought at WW? and there are certain things such as styles would make a certain type of fighter hard for you. marquez' style troubles that of pacquiao but still pac made it a close fight and even won a SD. floyd could also have that style that would amke it difficult for pac but it might not be the same that marquez brings. narquez will fight you back while floyd could frustrate pac if he fights on the backfoot but that doesn't necessarily mean that he wins.

it's the same thing if pac have fought castillo. floyd did have a hard time but i'm sure with pac's style, castillo would be an easier task. the thing is, pac is the biggest threat to floyd at any weight 154 and below. this is a fight where floyd would not be the overwhelming favorite. he has not fought anyone in his career that brings anything that is close to what brings. and aside from all the qualities that i mentioned, pac is not a mental midget and has a very big heart, improved technically in tenfolds from where he was during his first jmm fight and quite possibly have one of the best beard in boxing today.

floyd can't lose because he refuses to sign the contract, so it's pointless debating about a fight that isn't happening in the foreseeable future

u can sit and debate who would win all year but theres no facts to back up either point, because they havent fought

Perhaps the mayweathers can best answer this but, of course they won't tell you the real reason. Didn't snr claim not long ago before the Ortiz fight that jnr will get murdered by PAC if he didn't have a tune up? If PAC wasn't a serious threat the fight would have happened years ago. Combo of speed, power, unorthodox, volume and chin. Some claim that Marquez gave PAC a hard time. True, but he had to get off the canvas several times in the one fight. Not sure if jnr can dodge everything and get off the canvas if tagged.

Everyone makes fun of *******s saying they are the only ones that can see him winning.

However *******s were the only ones that saw him winning against de la hoya cotto and Hatton.

Personally i see Pac winning, although very close fight. I just think Floyd would have fought him already if he was so sure he would win.

and to answer the question in terms of how. I think its a 50/50 fight for the 1st 4 rounds, then manny lands big wobbles floyd around the 5th round, then finishes him off when mayweather tries his shell defense.

one punch changes the outcome of the fight.

i wanna see how floyd reacts when pac's finds its way home. will he run to survive like mosley? will he mentally break down like cotto? will he fight to the end like margarito? will he fight back like morales or marquez? will he just sleep in vain like hatton?

he ain't mexican and he will never be, so he'll probably run to survive.

-An old and shot Mosley went for 12 rounds basically doing NOTHING.
-Joshua Clottey went 12 rounds without throwing a punch.
-Miguel Cotto lasted 12 rounds before he got TKO and keep in mind when he tried to boxed he got the best out of Manny....

Floyd would tap that ass easily... Using that 5 inch reach advantage by moving and countering, and man handling Pac during clinches... This fight will look competitive just for 4 rounds, then it will all be Floyd.

And Floyd does not have this iron chin that only Hearns can crack. When it happens, many will be suprised how strong they thought his chin was.

Do you box? There's more the gaining distance than the length of your arm . Your reach is mostly controlled by high close your front knee is to your target and how squared up you are

Floyd is a master at maximizing his reach. It's why he was able to fight the taller Ortiz, Mosley and Oscar from the outside and keep them from a range where they could be effective
